Freital, 2 October 2010 After 19 Saxon throwers around competition of the season finale in Freital-Weissig found for the traditional shot put to good use to which politicians, athletes and business leaders competed. The scoring of a total of 118.96 meters were multiplied ten euros and rounded up, so that 1190 € for the day care center "Mill Imp," the club "Living in Zauckerode", the special school and the inventor Club Freital came together and the Arndt Brühl GmbH were donated. Substantial contribution to the total donations had reached after the athletes also Lothar Brandau (Chairman of the Freitaler FDP) with excellent 12.80m and Mirko Kretschmer-Schöppan (first mayor of the district town Freital) with 11.32 m. With an intimate ceremony this successful sports day was held on the idyllic playground Weißiger its conclusion. OM
