Freital, 15 September 2010 On Wednesday evening, the local chapter of 9/15/2010 had a representative of the FDP parliamentary group a guest. Its vice-chairman Tino Günther is also Chairman of the Petitions Committee in the Parliament of Saxony . Accordingly, the guests were first-hand To know what happens when a citizen petition (= Please, complaint) were instituted. Mr. Guenther pointed out that the popular saying among lawyers, a petition was informally, without notice, but without success, at least in terms of the latter assertion is certainly not entirely correct. However, approximately 30% were successful. Is rather unfortunate that the petition now used less and less likely to be known as 150 years ago, it was still perceived as a far more common. The historical extent of introduction of Günther demolition was carried interest taken by all the guests noted. All in all it was a successful evening, delighted in the conclusion of the present note assumed that Mr. Guenther and the FDP are committed to vehemend for the rights of citizens to petition, however, can not replace due process.
