Hartz-IV-debate rule set unify, not child benefit for credit 
Freital in February / March 2010 The Chairman of the FDP local branch region Freital, Oliver May talks within the framework of the so-called Hartz-IV-debate and in light of the Federal Constitutional Court ruling, which calls for a revision of the Bessungsgrundlage, each for a unification of the standard rate to 250 € month for every person, regardless of age, in need of a Community. However, it should not be counted against the child benefit, so that there would be 435 euros per child. This leads to an administratively simpler and cheaper for the state so, but also more equitable provision of ALG II and would be a clear and important signal for a child-friendly Germany. A family of four would have € 1370 for free, while rent, health insurance and pensions are paid directly by the consortium. This is such a family of loosely, it would be cheaper for the State and the Constitutional Court ruling is sufficient enough. For it is a truism - and to that extent is our national chairman Guido Westerwelle concur fully - the need to have those who work, ultimately more income than those who take government transfers to complete (pay indemnity rule), especially not the latter could be invested where the former this is not achieved.
