At the invitation of the newly formed group of left university vice-chairman of the Legal Committee of the German Bundestag and Federal Court judge, Wolfgang Neskovic on 8 January 2008 a paper on the control of intelligence. To the surprise of about 100 listeners and listeners, he presented an entirely new, as yet unpublished draft law in its fundamentals, which is treated in a few weeks in Parliament.
